NIGERIA 2027 PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS PUBLIC OPINION POLLS

OFFICIAL RELEASE OF 2ND STAGE RESULTS & COMMENCEMENT OF 3RD STAGE VOTING

The Organizers of the Nigeria 2027 Presidential Aspirants Hall of Fame Public Opinion Polls hereby formally announce the official results of the Second Stage Voting, as compiled and released by the BTV Television Network Polls Executive Directors.

The just-concluded second stage of voting witnessed wide national participation and strong public engagement across all geopolitical zones.

Notably Presidential Aspirants from the South-South Geopolitical Zone emerged prominently at the top of the rankings, reflecting significant public interest and support.

OFFICIAL 2ND STAGE VOTING RESULTS:

. GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN — 814,611 votes

. CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI — 787,507 votes

. OMOYELE SOWORE — 432,998 votes

. SEYI MAKINDE — 432,321 votes

. PETER GREGORY OBI — 431,588 votes

. YUSUF DATTI BABA-AHMED — 389,087 votes

. ADEWOLE ADEBAYO — 264,887 votes

. EZENWO NYESOM WIKE — 223,889 votes

. RABIU MUSA KWANKWASO — 213,899 votes

. ATIKU ABUBAKAR — 123,554 votes

. BOLA AHMED TINUBU — 113,599 votes

Special Note:

HON. CHUKWUEMEKA NWAJIUBA is officially listed as a new entrant into the Public Opinion Polls and will begin accumulating votes from the Third Stage Voting, with results to be published on 28th February 2026.

 

About The POLLS:

The Nigeria 2027 Presidential Aspirants Public Opinion Polls is a nationwide civic engagement initiative designed to gauge public sentiment ahead of the 2027 general elections. 

The poll is organized by VMCII Worldwide Service and officially hosted and broadcast by the BTV Television Network.

 

3RD STAGE VOTING SCHEDULE:

Commencement: 31st January 2026 by 12:00 Noon

Closing: 28th February 2026 by 12:00 Midnight

Members of the public are encouraged to actively participate in this final stage by voting for their preferred presidential aspirants.
