Nigeria is always ahead of the US. 

How? With time! 

We always experience dawn before the US. 

That's not a privilege I'd take lightly.

Nigerians are not scared of getting killed at school. 

What's up with the fortress-styled high school building architecture in the US? 

Here, some classrooms don’t even have doors!

Our peace keeping missions are usually more successful, cost less and lasts shorter than US missions all over Africa… and the world.

We are not trying to prove anything to anyone. 

No need for overwhelming military budgets, foreign military bases, sanctions, global espionage and related crap.

Nigeria isn't submerged in debt (whether on aggregate or per capita basis) like the US whose debt is probably more than the rest of the world combined! 

So much for being the greatest. 

Nigeria is the first African country to pay off its debt (unfortunately, dumb-heads took us back into debt).

Nigeria has more indigenous cultural diversity than the US and our government doesn't feel the need to starve this diversity to prevent rebellion (can't say the same for the US).

Nigeria is the largest economy in Africa but doesn't try to create a pecking order like the US.

Nigeria doesn't feel threatened despite being surrounded by Francophone countries that are jealous of her wealth. 

The US would convulse if the Bahamas became a Russian province. Not to talk of a communist Canada!

Nigeria tries to manage 200m people on a $20bn budget while the US still can't care for its 300m people on a $2trn+ budget!

Nigeria is in Africa which is the centre continent of the planet. 

Therefore we can get to east, west, north or south of the globe without breaking sweat. 

The US has to spend more to get across to neighbours.

Okay. 

Let me stop there. I think with these 10 points, you will see why Nigeria has hope.

What does Nigeria do better than other countries?

God may have rested on the seventh day after so much work of creating the heavens and the earth, the snakes, the lions, the beast and all that were created. 

I guess that was the last day he enjoyed his rest because Nigerians call upon him 24/7, praying and pumping fist and begging him to pour down fire and brimstones on enemies that won't let us make headway.

Being optimistic.

The evidence of our optimistic spirit lies everywhere. 

In the way we hustle, the way we talk. 

We don't say negative things to ourselves at all. Instead of saying I am sick, we say I am strong.

Why would I tell anyone I am poor when I should say I am rich. 

When a Nigerian tells you ‘’I will become the greatest by force'' please kindly understand he is not bragging. 

He is speaking his dreams into existence. There is no room for despair when we see ourselves, we are good at encouraging one another and saying it’s well.

I was asking a vendor I usually patronize if he still has a particular item I always love to buy, he said it has finished. 

Then I said since your own has finished let me buy from another. 

He raised his hands to heaven and said his own will not finish in Jesus name. 

A typical Nigerian will reject every negative statement in any conversation.

For all it's political and economic troubles, Nigerians still remain optimistic and happy.

Opportunities doesn't come knocking on our doors, we chase it knowing God is always on our side.

Our optimistic spirit has created a lot of motivational speakers that encourages us to always aspire to acquire so that what we admire and desire will not expire but give way for us to inspire.

You need to aspire, acquire,admire,perspire, require and desire so that you can retire in peace. Lol.

What is some difference between Nigeria and the United States?

America used to have trump who loves to talk, tweet and rant. We have buhari who hates to talk, tweet or even hear. 

That's why he is always shocked at what is happening in his country.

America have selfless leaders, Nigeria has selfish leaders.

Nigerian police : directs his AK47 at you. If you move I will finish you and nothing will happen

American mom : junior please go to the store and buy me lux bathing soap. 

The last time I bought it, it was $5 but take $10 incase of price change

Nigerian mom : Junior come and take this #100 and run to mama tega's shop to buy me bathing soap. 

If lux is #70 buy it but if there is no lux buy joy soap. 

But if there is lux and they are selling for #80 and joy is #70 buy joy soap.

But if joy and lux is #80 buy lux soap. 

But if they don't have the two, ask if they have Eva soap. 

If they have it, ask if it is #70 naira. 

If they say no, tell them I gave you #80.

If they still say no, do as if you are going to see if they will call you back. 

If they don't call you back go back and see if they have any a nice soap available for #70. 

If they don't have, buy any good one they are selling for #80 and make sure they give you change. 

If they say they don't have change, please collect the money and go to another place.
