The Chieftaincy Titles is said to be given to only those who have in one way or the other contributed towards the upliftment of their localities in areas of education, youth and women empowerment.

The honours bagged are; "ORHUESE 1 OF ABRAKA KINGDOM" at Abraka, Ethiope East LGA and the "OKPUREVWEGHO 1 OF ELLU KINGDOM" at Ellu in Isoko North LGA both of Delta State.

Chief Ebegba admonishes and thank the Kings and Chiefs for the honour bestowed on him and pledges his total commitment to the development and well being of the various kingdoms and Delta State in general.

Ebegba who's a technocrat and frontline Delta Guber contester come 2023 under the platform of All progressives Congress (APC) expressed optimism for the warm receptions accorded him by the Urhobo and Isoko people during the events and pledges the vision for the New Delta can be achieve collectively.
