Rufus Ebegba Hails Nigerian Father's on Father's Day Celebration
Father's in Nigeria have been asked to use this opportunity of celebrating the international father's day to help educate their children on the fight against the spread of the covid19 pandemic across the 36 states and the federal capital city of Nigeria.
This advice is coming at a time fathers are billed to celebrate their lives as fathers across the world as an international calendar project.
This advice was given in Abuja by the Director General and CEO of the National Biosafety Management Agency NBMA in Abuja in a media press release by the office of the director general.
Rufus Ebegba Congratulated Nigerian Father's in a very unique way where he said fathers must use the celebration to also reflect on the fight against CoronaVirus in Nigeria as a family matter.
He said fathers should help the NBMA, the NCDC and every other government organisations designed to be in control of the fight against the covid19 pandemic educate, inform and mobilize the or wards on how best is ordered to stop the spread of the disease.
Father's can give so much love to their children at the celebration and therefore use it as a way to help move their families to understanding why the laws of the covid19 must be followed by the people so we can contain the disease as it is already spreading very fast across the length and breadth of Nigeria.
Ebegba went ahead to thank president Buhari for giving a free hand to the presidential task force to work in containing the covid19 so far in the country.
He also appealed to nigerians to also reciprocate the good and quality gesture of this administration by making sure that father's use their powers as the head of the family to make their families adhere to the covid19 order by practicing the self distancing, washing of hands, avoid crowded places and adhere to other rules stipulated by the NCDC.
Dr Ebegba is the director general of one of the most important agencies in Nigeria who is in charge of the regulations for Biosafety issues in Nigeria since 2015.
