deserved rest' while Sambo is planning to travel to London on May 31,
two days
after the inauguration of Buhari to also rest.
Minister of
Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, will reportedly return to
the US while Mrs.Diezani Allison-Madueke, has already
travelled out of the country. She left Nigeria for London yesterday but
will return next week and will travel out again before the inauguration.
Minister of
Health, Dr. Khaliru Alhassan, and Minister of Education, Mallam
Ibrahim Shekarau are also planning to travel for 'work'.
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Musiliu Obanikoro, plans to travel abroad for a two-week vacation after May 29.
Sources close to the officials say they are traveling for work and
deserved rest and not because they are afraid of any probe or
witch-hunting, as they have done nothing wrong.
